Elliot.

Elliot is the founder of the company. He is an experienced gigging musician, having been in a funk/rock band for 4 years. He excels at the technical side of recording, and has the best knowledge of our Mac/Logic recording system, which is great for on-the-spot troubleshooting. He also has a sound knowledge of both HTML, and Flash based web design, with experience in professional commisions. Elliot studied Music Technology and I.T. at Braintree College, and hopes to become a professional sound engineer or drummer in the near future.

Mikey.

Mikey is the newest member of the company. He is a specialist in web design and architecture, as he is currently studying to be a web designer at University. He is a dedicated professional, and being now the eldest memer of the team, means he brings with him an abundance of practises and experience that has seen our website portfolio expand not only in quantity, but quality. He offers a wide a wide range of web sites for various requirements. He has the ability to produce interactive macromedia flash sites, online e-commerce & database sites or just simple but effective html sites.

Rob.

Rob is a multi musician who is the "trouble-shooter" in the studio. Rob has a great ear for music and harmonies and gives the artist feedback while recording takes place to achieve the best possible results for that artist. As well as a seasoned song-writer, Rob is also a great musician and an asset to the studio. Rob studied Performing Arts and A - level Music technology and have been a musician since the age of 6.

Steve.

Steve is yet another all-rounder within the team. He has an indepth knowledge about the mechanics of websites, especially some of the more advanced features of Macromedia Flash. He is also a musician, having played bass guitar in the same band as Elliot. He brings a wealth of creative ideas to the recording team, and is always making active contributions to recording & songwriting sessions. Steve is currently studying for a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Essex in Colchester.

Warren.

Warren is a newcomer to the Highfield's team, but brings a wealth of ability and knowledge to the crew. Although he knows little about web architecture, his graphic design experience helps in consultations on page layouts, logos, and usability. His speciality though, is in studio recording, where his vast knowledge of different principles, equipment, and musical styles has helped to transform the output of the Recording Studio side of the business. Warren is studying Music Technology at Braintree College with Elliot, as well as Media, and when he leaves, hopes to become a studio engineer or producer. He already works part-time in another commercial studio, as well as on live sound for a local touring rock band.
