| The studio itself
comprises of two main rooms:Mission Control, and the Launch Pad.
The live room (Launch Pad) is a large square space where all performing
musicians would play. After seeking professional advice, it
has been acoustically treated to give a beautifully tight,
uncoloured sound, whatever the instrument. The acoustic pannels on the walls have artwork that help inspire, to achieve a great performance. The room is an ideal size for anything from a solo singer to a 6 piece band. |

Visual contact between the engineer and performers is maintained
through a large window between the control room and the
live room. This uses three double-glazed units
set into the wall to help keep the sonic isolation between
the two rooms. The Control Room (aka) Mission Control, is the smaller room that hosts the main equipment used for recording, this room has also been acoustically treated. The Control doesn't offer much in the way of space which is why another addition so to be added to HS is a chill out lounge. Check the home page for any further updates.
However the Control Room will hold up to 5 people if necessary. Take a look at the Control Room in the picture on the left.
